You don’t have to lift heavy weights (unless you want to!) to look and feel amazing.
My programmes use strength and resistance training to build muscle and tone your entire body.
We'll progress gradually so that you can adapt to each exercise, and I’ll show you how to use the correct techniques to avoid injury and recover quickly.
Sessions are at the Crouch End Fitness Centre for 1 hour.
All programmes are for a minimum of three months so that you can be assured of achieving results.
I also offer individual training sessions which are priced at £65 per hour.
