My Story
Hi, I’m Danielle and my passion lies in helping women to transform their bodies and mentality through exercise.
Working out has been a part of my life for over 20 years but I didn’t always have a healthy attitude towards food or my body. I was the girl who thought living on salads and over-exercising to get a ‘thigh gap’ was going to make me happy.
….But the truth was, it didn’t.
It wasn’t until I stopped worrying about how I looked and focussed on how exercise made me feel that everything fell into place. I grew strong and confident in my own skin but most importantly, I felt incredible!
This is what I want to share with you.
